What is lymphatic drainage massage?
It's a very light massage that uses slow, rhythmic movements over the skin. It feels quite different from a deep tissue massage, as there's no firm pressure or kneading.
Most clients find it deeply relaxing, and plenty nearly fall asleep. Many tell us they leave feeling lighter and more refreshed.
Who is it for?
You don't need any experience of massage. Kelsey will talk through how you're feeling and what you'd like from your appointment first.

Cambridge prices. A booking fee (deposit) is required. Treatments are also available at our Horley clinic in Surrey, where times and prices may differ.
What happens at your appointment?
- Kelsey talks through your health and what you'd like from the treatment.
- You get comfortable on the treatment bed, and only the area being treated is uncovered.
- Kelsey carries out your massage using slow, light and rhythmic movements.
- You take a moment to come round, with some simple advice for the rest of your day.

Common questions
Does it hurt?
No, the pressure is very light. If anything feels uncomfortable, just tell Kelsey and she'll adjust it.
Which treatment should I choose?
The Full Body & Face is a lovely place to start if you'd like the complete experience. If you're short on time, choose a face or stomach focus. Kelsey is happy to advise.
How often can I have it?
Some clients book for an occasional treat and others come more regularly. Kelsey will give you her honest advice, with no pressure to commit.
What should I tell Kelsey before I book?
Please mention if you're pregnant or have had recent surgery, an infection, a blood clot, a heart or kidney condition, cancer or lymphoedema. She may suggest checking with your doctor first or that this treatment isn't right for you.
